The Role
As an Account Manager at A-INSIGHTS, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and Dutch public-sector accounts. This role goes beyond traditional account management—you will act as a strategic partner to CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy, and Directors within the Social and Public Domain, leveraging data insights to help them navigate their most complex business challenges and create long-term value.
This is a crucial role for someone who thrives in a consultative, hybrid hunter–farmer role across enterprise and public-sector clients, balancing business development with nurturing long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver value and ensure continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a small portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as an advisor to senior executives (Heads of Strategy, CEOs, CFOs), helping them solve complex challenges using data-driven insights.
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the go-to person for your clients’ strategic needs.
Collaborate with Customer Success teams, who will identify growth opportunities, while you ensure smooth communication and strategy execution.
Drive revenue growth through expansion sales and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging A-INSIGHTS’ platform to deliver tailored solutions.
What You Can Expect
In your first 90 days, you’ll hit the ground running:
Gain a deep understanding of A-INSIGHTS’ value proposition, learning how to apply it to real-world use cases for your clients.
Meet with a range of customers to understand their goals, challenges, and business landscapes.
Take ownership of your clients’ growth plans, aligning their needs with A-INSIGHTS’ platform to drive measurable outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities within your accounts.
Closed Expansion Revenue: Every deal you close contributes directly to your success—and to A-INSIGHTS’ growth.

What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of driving growth in enterprise accounts.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A strategic mindset: You know how to think beyond the immediate need and plan for long-term success.
Confidence working with (C-level) executives, understanding their challenges, and guiding them toward data-driven solutions.
Fluency in English & Dutch (Dutch required for Public Sector).
