Senior Full-Stack Developer
Head of Product & Tech
Front-End Developer
The Product & Tech team currently consists of 7 people but by the end of the year this team will have doubled.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be part of a cross-functional product team focused on continuously improving and scaling our SaaS platform. Together with the other Software developers of our team you will create, maintain, and optimize features to make the daily work of our users easier. By providing clear and attractive insights that allow them to focus more and more on interesting challenges.
You will do this by working in the area’s:
Feature Creation & User Experience
Build & refine our frontend, using the latest technologies and frameworks.
Refine user experience and interface responsiveness.
Develop and maintain reusable UI components for consistency across the platform.
Deliver high quality code & components that allow us to build & iterate quickly.
Backend & Data Handling
Work on data flows, caching strategies, and database queries for efficiency.
Contribute to scalability improvements by implementing efficient backend logic.
Collaboration & Product Alignment
Work closely with other developers in the team, especially the software developers.
Participate in (cross-team) product alignment sessions.
Platform Stability & Performance
Work on platform stability, reliability, and scalability.
Contribute to the improvement of monitoring and logging for proactive incident detection.
Spot & Resolve bugs and other issues.

Your First 90 Days
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We believe in iterative onboarding, ensuring you have the tools and support to succeed.
First 30 Days 🛠
Get familiar with our codebase, development workflows, and tools.
Deploy your first small bug fix or UI improvement.
Pair with a senior developer to understand our development cycle
You get to know our architecture, learn about our data model and the value we bring to customers.
First 60 Days 🚀
Deliver your first end-to-end feature.
Optimize or refactor an existing part of the platform
Contribute to a team discussion on best practices for maintainability and performance.
First 90 Days 🎯
Take functional ownership of a medium-sized feature from design to release.
Improve a backend API or database query for better efficiency.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve a bug or performance issue.
Your Talent:
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Experience in working with a well-known software stack (e.g., modern frontend frameworks, backend services, and databases).
A strong problem-solving mindset and taking other people along in your solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a team environment.
Have experience with Typescript or Javascript.
Nice to haves:
Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, Tailwind, Recharts and BetterAuth is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of €55,000 - €73,000 annually, including an 8% holiday allowance;
Performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your gross salary;
Hybrid work setup: we love to see you 2 days a week in the office, the rest of the week you can work from home;
The possibility to work remotely from abroad for a few weeks per year;

Screening Call: If the assessment is successful you will receive a call from us with some follow up questions.
In-Person Interview: If there is still a match you'll be invited to our Amsterdam office for an introductory chat to assess your fit with our team and culture.
Case Preparation: If everybody is still excited, you’ll work on a case to prepare for the next interview.
In-Depth Interview: During this interview, we will review your case and discuss your technical skills. We will also leave plenty of space for your questions.
