We're looking for a hands-on Head of RevOps who will own the engine behind our go-to-market motion. You'll be embedded in the day-to-day of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, making things work faster and smarter. You will own the GTM tech stack and support the sales team by enabling them to perform at their best. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive our AI-native GTM approach

You'll be our internal champion for applying AI across the go-to-market function. That means identifying where AI can improve manual work, piloting new tools, building and implementing AI-native workflows and driving adoption across the team.

  • Own the GTM tech stack

You’ll lead development, and implementation, of our tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement tools, and automation platforms. You'll be responsible for how these systems connect, what data flows where, and making sure the stack serves the team. You will have the opportunity to be part of selecting the CRM platform and building a coherent tech stack and data model in a global organization.

  • Own the GTM data model and reporting

You'll define and maintain the single source of truth for our go-to-market data, from how we structure accounts, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM to how that data flows into dashboards and forecasts. You'll make sure leadership and the whole GTM team operates from the same cockpit.

  • Be part of team driving sales enablement

You’ll support the GTM team by creating sales enablement materials and making sure the teams have everything they need to be successful.

  • Enable the product and GTM feedback loop

Drive the structured collection of product and sales process feedback from customer organizations and ensure items are actioned on within the organization.

  • Be a core part of the sales leadership team

Reporting directly to the CRO you’ll be a part of the global GTM leadership team and part of shaping the commercial strategy for the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops role at a B2B SaaS company

  • Deep familiarity with modern GTM tooling (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversational intelligence platforms)

  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, you've already integrated AI tools into your daily work and think about how they can change GTM

  • A bias toward doing over planning: you're comfortable building, not just advising

  • Strong analytical skills, you're at home in spreadsheets, dashboards, and data pipelines

  • Strong communicator and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product without needing a lot of hand-holding

  • Experience in change management and implementing technology to distributed organizations

  • Working fluency in English, other European languages is a plus

 Nice to Have:

  • Experience implementing AI GTM tools

  • Experience from working in a start-up / scale-up environment and comfortable with change

  • Familiarity with AI-native search and how LLMs surface vendor recommendations

  • Background in outbound-led or inbound sales motions
